Refund Policy

At present, KALPAK does not provide any facility through this portal to receive orders from customers. However, if order placement is enabled in the future, the following Refund Policy shall apply.

• KALPAK shall process refunds using the original payment method, wherever applicable.
• Please allow 25 to 30 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
• If the payment was made using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued in the same form.
• No refunds shall be made for items that are designated as non-refundable.
• KALPAK reserves the right to deduct courier charges and other handling charges from the refund amount, wherever applicable.
• KALPAK may issue a partial refund depending on factors such as the nature of the product, the time elapsed since purchase, and whether the item has already been shipped. The decision of KALPAK in this regard shall be final and binding on the customer.
• We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically.
