Tele Reporting ECHO Software
KALPAK has developed a web-based, Internet-enabled reporting software solution that enables cardiologists to prepare Echocardiography (ECHO) reports from anywhere in the world. Images and videos captured during the ECHO study are uploaded to the portal, allowing the reporting cardiologist to securely access and review them through a web browser. Based on the findings, a comprehensive ECHO report can be generated with just a few clicks.
The software provides detailed reporting on the condition of the four heart chambers:
- Left Ventricle
- Right Ventricle
- Left Atrium
- Right Atrium
It also includes assessment of the four major heart valves:
- Mitral Valve
- Pulmonary Valve
- Tricuspid Valve

The generated report is based entirely on the ECHO images and videos captured during the patient's examination.
Tele USG Reporting Software
KALPAK has also developed a web-based, Internet-enabled reporting software solution for radiologists to prepare Ultrasound (USG) Abdomen & Pelvis reports from anywhere in the world.
Images and videos acquired during the ultrasound examination are uploaded to the portal, enabling the reporting radiologist to securely review the study online and generate a comprehensive diagnostic report in just a few clicks.
